Nestling in the heart of the small fishing village of La Napoule, L'Oasis, a historic address for Côte d'Azur gastronomy, is writing a new chapter.
Completely reinterpreted in 2020, the legendary establishment, a symbol of the Rue Jean Honoré Carle, is reopening its doors and plunging its guests into an intimate universe, combining contemporary and Provençal inspirations, noble and natural materials, works of art and the scents of its garden to bring out the pleasures of the senses.
In this new green setting, the gastronomy has been entrusted to the chef Nicolas Decherchi. A pupil of Bruno in Lorgues and a former student of Georges Blanc, Alain Ducasse, Philippe Labbé and Éric Fréchon, he offers a range of gourmet emotions with a contemporary signature, according to the seasons. Using the classic and traditional bases of French cuisine, the dishes are enhanced by modernity and new techniques, mixing artisanal and local products with exceptional ones, evoking the emotions of yesteryear without forgetting the present.
On the sweet side, pastry chef Mathieu Marchand plays with tastes, colours, textures and temperatures to punctuate the meal with his light desserts, while sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015 Pascal Paulze perfects the alliance with his fine wine selection.
